Worst Service Ever. Abdul and Saad were acting as broker. Deal was finalized and confirmed. I have applied for legal check and loan process. almost spent 20k. we also asked for token amount but they were saying token amount can be transferred later. Everything was going fine, after one month, Now Abdul started avoiding us. He Didn't pick any call. On the day of Flat verification by Banker, Abdul says Owner has sold to someone else because he got better deal. I am sure that Abdul has brought new customer to Owner with higher price though the deal was already done since Owner stays in abroad. Such a mischief. I remember Abdul was also forcing me to apply for loan through his Bank Agent. Maybe he has some commission of few thousands from there. I said I will go directly with bank person, why agent in between. We had also agreed for brokerage price whatever was mentioned. Still such mischief. Brokers are like this only I guess. Beware of Abdul and Saad. These guys play games once you conform the deal. They dont have audacity to even pick up the call and officially say the deal is closed. These all other good reviews seems fake. Or maybe very few people reported this incident since they are not aware of inbengaluru property firm. I am sure they will reply to this that Owner broke the deal but that's not true you guys had the keys and owner stays in abroad. It must be you guys who found him the new customer after the deal.
